Two reference patterns
These are anonymised patterns from EXTAG customers. No customer or site is named.
- Breadth on one site. A single site runs many classes of equipment in one register, from blasting and painting gear, power tools and working-at-height equipment to gas monitors, quality equipment, computers, vehicles and stores, with compliance scheduling for each.
- Scale and distance. Tens of thousands of items across onshore and offshore sites, including lifting and rigging, fire and gas equipment, gas bottles and scaffolds, with custody tracking. Non-compliant equipment in service is no longer a hidden risk, double handling has gone, and audit reports come from the system.
In both cases the register was extended to more asset classes using the same tag, task and form pattern, without starting a new project, and has been in production for years.
Works offline: scanning and forms keep working without a signal and sync when back in coverage, supporting remote operations and industrial areas.
